Governing and coordination bodies
The Ethics Committee is the internal compliance body. It has sufficient autonomy and authority to supervise correct application of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, as well as to monitor suitable functioning of the company’s Crime Prevention Model.
Among other functions, the Ethics Committee is responsible for monitoring the measures implemented in the scope of crime prevention and their adequacy. It also offers advice in relation to updated regulations and, in short, compliance with all of the company’s internal guidelines.
Alongside all other control bodies, the Ethics Committee manages the Ethics Channel and the compliance of Naturhouse Health, S.A. through which people may make enquiries or confidentially communicate possible breaches of the Code of Ethics and Conduct or the Crime Prevention Model without fear of reprisal.
Ethics and Compliance Channel
The Ethics and Compliance Channel allows the people related to the company to formulate enquires or communicate possible breaches of the Code of Ethics and Conduct or the Crime Prevention Model. This web platform allows an external manager to receive these notifications, all while maximum confidentiality and the latest technical means are offered to ensure suitable security for the information gathered and stored through the completion of forms.
Once a notification is received through this Channel, it will be sent to the Group’s internal control bodies for an immediate response or so they may proceed to implement the control or correction measures necessary.
